It is also close to the city center, making it convenient for both shopping and business purposes. the rooms are clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is pleasant and accommodating, ensuring a good level of service. Guests can enjoy the convenience of full tea/coffee making facilities and a bath with an overhead shower in the room.

Great bed, fantastic value for money. The hotel was placed near to many main attractions and within 15 minutes walk from birmingham museum and art gallery. There is a friendly reception. In a hurry we visited Food Republic nearby.

Noisy and outdated rooms Unfortunately, the noise levels in the hotel were exceptionally high, and this made it difficult to sleep. the rooms were also outdated and could have benefited from renovation work.

Liked the key location, close to the city center and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The price was cheap and affordable for those on a budget. However, the room lacked proper amenities such as a hairdryer and there was no air conditioning. The building itself was quite old and worn down, with a musty smell everywhere. The walls were thin and I could hear my neighbors throughout the night. it was an average stay but not recommended for those looking for a luxury experience.
